ClinicFlow is a healthcare UX/UI case study focused on improving the patient journey inside medical clinics. The project introduces a smart queue management and appointment booking system with real-time queue tracking, estimated waiting times, QR code check-in, and intelligent notifications. Designed using a human-centered approach, the case study includes UX research, user personas, journey mapping, wireframes, mobile app UI design, and a responsive landing page to create a more organized and efficient clinic experience
